The system is built with a modern UI on the frontend and a powerful backend that processes user messages using AI. For data storage, Google Sheets is used as a live database where all menu items, prices, categories, and updates are maintained. The backend fetches information directly from Google Sheets, ensuring that any menu update is instantly reflected in the chatbot without additional deployment. When a user sends a message, the frontend forwards it to the backend API, the AI engine understands the query, retrieves required data if needed, and sends a clean, accurate response back to the chat interface. Overall, this project provides a fully automated, cost-effective, and intelligent restaurant support system that enhances customer experience and reduces staff workload.
