The Infinite Nook is a micro-living concept designed for two residents within a 250 sq. ft. space in Tokyo. The project focuses on making a compact home feel comfortable, functional, and spacious through smart planning and flexible design. Every part of the space is designed to serve more than one purpose. Walls are used for storage, services, and foldable furniture, while the main living area can change according to different activities and times of the day. Sleeping, working, cooking, dining, and relaxing are arranged to work together without making the space feel crowded. The concept is based on the idea that a small home does not have to feel limited. By using space carefully and allowing it to change with the users’ needs, The Infinite Nook creates a home that feels larger than its actual footprint.
